What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except for Cuba, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Qatar, Turkey, Mexico, Syria and Sudan. SPARCSMIX reserves the right to amend this list and stop shipping to certain countries without any prior notice (subject to circumstances including lockdowns related to pandemic, etc.).

How much to ship to my country?

Shipping rates vary per country and are calculated upon checkout. These rates are based on the weight of the package and usually increase in slabs of 500g. As a rule of thumb rule, up to 3 bottles of SPARCS fit in each slab.
Please note customers outside the U.A.E and Iraq are responsible for any value-added tax (VAT), sales taxes (or equivalent), customs duties, fines or interest and other government taxes.

Can I change/cancel an order once it’s placed?

Please note that once an order has been placed, we immediately process it. Therefore, changes or cancellation of an order is only possible, if the order has not been shipped. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:
  • UAE: 1 to 2 working days
  • GCC: 2 to 3 working days
  • Iraq: 2 working days
  • Rest of the world: 4 to 5 working days

Can I change my delivery address if the order hasn't shipped yet?

  • For international orders, any amendments made to the shipping address once the shipment is out for delivery will be subject to a $6 fee. This would need to be collected by SPARCSMIX upon making this change.
  • For orders inside the U.A.E, any amendments in address can be made by contacting the local Aramex office.
  • For orders inside Iraq, any amendments in address can be made by contacting the local HodHod office

    What happens if I received a damaged item?

    When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the product’s outer box to show some wear and tear. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

    What does email notifications from SPARCSMIX.COM mean?

    SPARCS: Order Received This means we have received your order, but our order management team has not processed it yet in our system. You will receive an email to confirm this.
    SPARCS Order Under Process: This means your order has been accepted and is currently in the final stages before we ship it. Once the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email to confirm this.
    SPARCS Order Shipped: This means your order has left our warehouse and is either in the process of being delivered or has already been delivered. With a track & trace code* you can follow the journey of your package.
    You can only track the status with the track & trace code in the shipping confirmation email of your order.
    SPARCS Order Delivered: This status appears when we are notified that the shipment has been delivered. In case there are problems with the order, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
    SPARCS Returns Accepted: This status appears if you have returned (part of) your order and it has arrived at our warehouse. You will also receive an email to confirm this. Your refund for the returned items will be processed within 14 days as long as the items meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
    SPARCS Returns Received: Your returned product(s) have been received, this will be processed within 14-21 days as long as the items meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
    SPARCS Refund processed: Your refund for the returned items will be processed within 14-21 days as long as the items meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
