Returns & Refund Policy

At SPARCSMIX.COM, satisfaction of our customers is our priority and we want to give back more to our shisha lovers. Please read our return policy below.

a. Change of Mind.

  • In case you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original packaging, and without opening the safety seal within 14 days of the delivery date. The product(s) must be in resaleable condition.
a. You must inform us clearly if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order by following the steps below:
  1. Step 1- Log into your account.
  2. Step 2 - Click on My Returns.
  3. Step 3 - Click on the order that you want to return.
    Step 4 - Enter information; reason for return; and upload photo of the product(s) in resaleable condition.
  4. Step 5 - Click Submit and our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 1 working day.
b. Once we receive your e-mail, you will receive an acknowledgement from us within 1 working day.
c. If the Change of Mind request is approved (within 2-4 working days), we will then send you a return label together with the instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
d. Once you have scheduled your pickup, ensure to have the product(s) and return label on hand for collection. You must be there to meet the courier at the agreed time.
e. We will refund to you by the method used to pay for the original transaction. Returns are processed from the date we receive the product(s) and approve that they are in a resaleable condition. Refunds may take between 14-21 business days to reflect in your account, but we'll keep you informed at each stage of our process. Please note that this refund will be made in the currency used to pay for the original transaction.
f. Summary of Refund applicable for Change of Mind: In summary, we set out below what will and won’t be refunded if you change your mind:
  1. SPARCSMIX will pay return cost via Aramex (UAE only), HodHod (Iraq only) or DHL (non-UAE), or such other third-party courier as instructed by our Customer Service Team.
  2. We will refund you for the delivery costs.
  3. UAE: We will refund the cost of the product(s) (which includes VAT.
  4. Iraq: We will refund the cost of the product(s) (which includes VAT).
  5. ALL OTHER MARKETS: We will refund the cost of the product(s).
g. Return of Damaged Goods
  • If you suspect the product to be damaged due to the packaging condition you receive it in, please send us an email within 3 days of receiving the delivery at [email protected] with your order number, pictures and details so that we can report this issue to the courier.
  • If you find that the product is otherwise damaged, defective or not as described, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving the delivery at [email protected] with your order number, pictures and details.

Can I return a SPARCSMIX product if I don’t want it?

In case you are unsure of the product and have a change of mind, you may return unused items in its original packaging and without opening safety seal within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus shipping cost).

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned product(s), we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually the refund takes between 14-21 business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund.
